What you just read here, is one of the stories which happened on the roads of Dubai.

Well the story continues, so at last he manages to catch a cab this time, and as he sits in, he passes the directions to the driver, they greet each other and now the guy gets himself comfortable on the chair, admiring the tall glassy building on the Sheikh Zayed Road outside, he suddenly realizes, that the driver is the same one he met earlier and **dang## he pulls a list of questions on his face, topping it with a question mark in the end, “do you even care??”

Although I’m a good driver , there are certain rules I think people should follow, if they want to avoid such popularity.

Therefore, here by I present to you,

“The Hidden Driving Rules in Dubai”

1. Dubai roads’ routes like to change just like the staircases in Hogwarts (refer Harry potter part 1), therefore if you prefer following a location map to reach your destination, make sure it is the updated version(even if you brought it just a week ago).

Specking of directions, let me tell you, all directions start with Sheikh Zayed Road , which has no beginning and no end. Moreover, most roads mysteriously change names as you cross intersections.

Therefore, you might be ending up lost, in most of the cases if you follow the directions you get lost with a question mark on your face.

useful tip: look around try and spot a cab then pull down your window and HONk HIM gently and SHOUT “bhaijaan city center kahai hai (brother, where is city center)”.

- Sigmund Freud

Whether you’re having trouble concentrating at work or you just need an extra mental kick to make it through your finals, there are some easy tricks that can improve your memory, concentration and focus.

It doesn’t matter how brilliant you are or how much experience you’ve had — you can still improve and expand your mind. Optimizing your brain’s function is essential to being the best you can be, whether at work, in leisure, or in your relationships.

Studies of students’ IQ levels show they rise and fall throughout the day depending on a variety of factors and events. Are you operating at your peak? Here are some powerful ways to shift your brain into a higher gear.

1. Do two things at once.

One of the simplest ways to learn how to do two things at once without dividing your attention is to put two TVs next to each other, switch them to different channels, and try to listen to both at once. See how much information you can swallow from each and try not to miss a thing.

Once you’re able to do this well, you can use the TVs to learn how to resist distractions. So, instead of trying to take in everything from both TVs, concentrate on one programme and ignore the other. It’ll be hard at first, but be determined. When you think you’ve mastered it, lower the volume on the set you’re watching and raise it on the one you’re not. If it doesn’t drive you crazy first, this technique is guaranteed to teach you how to pay attention effectively.

2. Become an expert.

A little expertise is a good thing. What you should know is that those who come out on top at work go home and revise. They wouldn’t admit it, but they do. So do your homework. Spend twenty minutes going over some aspect of your job — or, if you’re angling for a move, someone else’s. It takes very little effort to get a leg up on other blokes who don’t take the time to increase their worth as an employee.

3. Speed read.

Most of us read at a snail’s pace — or 256 words per minute — about one-fifth of our potential. Following a few tips, you can get yourself to between 1000-1500 words per minute within four weeks. It’s just a matter of conditioning. Here’s how:

Preview what you’re going to read. Look at the titles, subheads or anything that’s in italics or boldfaced. The writer is doing this because he wants you to remember it. It helps you subconsciously pick up on ideas, concepts and other essential information.
Use your hand as a pacer to underline what you’re reading and to keep you moving quickly through the text. It’s a concentration tool. It keeps you focused on what you’re reading, which means you’ll retain more.
Read groups of words. Words are meant to trigger thoughts. Hearing everything in your head — as opposed to just seeing it — can literally slow your thinking. We’re instructed that in order to comprehend what we read we have to read everything word for word. It’s not necessary. You can read groups of words and get just as much out of it, in less time, without sacrificing tone or style. Start reading words in groups of twos and threes, and increase the number as your skill improves.
Read vertically. Left-to-right progression wastes a lot of time and causes you to read everything, most of which isn’t all that necessary. By keeping your left-to-right eye movement at a minimum as you go down the page, your eye can take in segments of up to 3600 words a minute.
4. Grow a big brain by playing.

Thrashing the kids at FIFA or dishing out the carnage on Halo may not seem like the highest of intellectual pursuits, but playing computer games will not only help you de-stress, it’ll improve your digital dexterity and mental reaction.

5. Write right.

To get your point across better on paper, have a dialogue with yourself. Read everything you write out loud. Does it sound natural and unforced? Are there a lot of little pet ideas and clever phrases that you’ve allowed to get in the way of the main idea? Writing is speaking in slow motion. You have plenty of time to get it right. If you read aloud what you write, not only will your level of erudition improve, but your sentences and paragraphs will be better formed — and so will your ideas.

6. Fresh thinking and bright ideas.

If Kit-Kat is your idea of a break, then you could be seriously hampering your march towards genius. Too much stress can seriously cripple brain-building. Book a holiday, turn your cell phone off, get away from the grind and let inspiration take you.

Sunlight and fresh air will do your cogitative faculties no end of good. Improving the oxygen supply to your brain will keep the grey matter happy, while sunlight not only supplies your body with vitamin D (needed for strong bones), it also helps combat attacks of mind-eroding depression.

7. Listen up.

Recently, scientists at the University of California plugged 37 college students into a recording of Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos in D-major, then gave them an IQ test measuring abstract reasoning. Results: the students scored seven to ten points higher than those who listened to nothing. Listening to a complex and highly patterned piece of music acts as a “warm-up” for the mind, which could be good for high-level mathematics, navigation, architecture or playing Sudoku.

8. Sleep to gain greater intelligence.

Amazing things can happen while you slumber. Sleep allows the more intuitive right side of the brain to work on whatever problems have been troubling your more logical left side during the day.

Experts on napping from Germany’s University of Lubeck proved that “sleeping” on a big decision is important because sleep provides us with moments of insight — the sudden acquisition of explicit knowledge. Subjects were given a series of stimulus-response sequences, all of which followed a hidden abstract rule. More than twice as many of those who then slept for eight hours before returning to the test had attained insight into the hidden rule.

An adage claims that wisdom is a primary benefit of getting older. While experience may provide some wisdom, without fine-tuning your brain now and again, it’ll become incrementally more difficult for you to sort out that wisdom.

Just about few months ago my friends used to call me the lucky one because I was always on time, looking precisely perfect, whereas they used to look exhausted, always in a bad mood.

ALTHOUGH, thing have changed now especially after the government decided to divert the traffic towards Qusais, but Im cool a little bit of traffic wont hurt me,

Today morning once again I finished my breakfast, got myself groomed, read the newspaper about some country getting blown up, interesting I said, I folded the paper nicely kept it aside and look up AAAAAAAAWWWW.................

Once again, I was sitting in my car right at the middle of the traffic jam for about 10 minutes or so and my car hasn’t moved an inch, I looked around and figured out, I wasn't the only one with red horns on my head and black smoke running out of my ears. The only thing pleasant at that time I found were the birds, feeding themselves and their lil' ones flying around walking on the grass, ohhh.... at that movement I just hoped I was a bird too.

Anyhow, I reached collage at last after two and a half hours of "sorry, thank you, I just wish I could kill you, can’t you see Im getting late".Before getting out of the car, I somehow got myself to relax, drank some water which was in the dashboard of my car although it was really hot it did the trick and then I closed my eyes for a while did my usual yoga breathing (breath in breath out....), And bravo after a few minutes, I was back in the track, I picked up my purse and was ready to leave my car to join my classmates, when I decided to have a last minute glimpse in the mirror and AAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWW.....................

(I Look like a clown who ran away from the circus).

 Comments

12 tips to people CRAWLING in Dubai (traffic)

Dubai’s TRAFFIC is as famous as TAJ MAHEL in India, The only difference between these two is, TAJ MEHAL is mind blowing where as
DUBAI’S TRAFFIC is blowing mind, therefore I proudly present to you, “12 tips to make your journey not only bearable but also entertaining, when you are driving on the roads of Dubai”.

1.Car Dating: This is something I do much often, call your boyfriend or girlfriend or mummy and spend hours talking to them on phone, major topic “you, me and the TRAFFIC”.

2.Thinking: Think about a very strong feeling or perhaps a memory or a person to whom you are really attached to, e.i once I was stuck up in traffic with my brother, seeing me so exhausted, he closed the radio and seriously started singing an “ad” song which went something like this,
“doodh si safedi nirma se aaye, rangeen kapde bhi khil khil jaye, sabki pasand nirma Washing powder nirma,Washing powder nirma. Nirma”
(whiteness as milk brought to you by nirma, even the colored clothes will shine, everyones’ choice nirma, washing power nirma, nirma.), well whenever I think about it, it brings a smile on my face, it brightens me up in short, therefore it works for me, let me know if it does for you too.

3.Planning: Plan about something which really gets your mind. e.i how are you going to surprise your guy on his birthday, or where are you going to spend your salary…….

4.Psycho therapy: Keep on telling yourself just half an hour more just half an hour more, even though you are aware of the fact that it will take two hours or so still, you just keep on repeating in your head, just a few kms more, just A few kms more. It will help you maintain your patience level where as for some people their blood presure.

5.2ND BEST FRIEND: Carry with you a game boy or those car video games and have fun, on the other hand if you are not the game boy kind a person you can always take vegetables with you to cut at least that what my mummy does.

6.Observation: This is my favorite, just look around, see what other people are doing, (I guarantee you will enjoy this), e.i. Yesterday when I was in my car in the same situation (traffic jam), I was going to karama from qusais, I saw this guy in his car, he was making different weird funny face looking at the center mirror, now that’s the sprit I said .

7.Singing\Listening: This is something most of us will be good at, listen to music on radio or CDs and sing along, get yourself involved in the song; it might just do the trick.

8.Dancing: once you get into the music you will by your own start dancing, it always happens with me, by the ways you can call it a relaxing exercise that is if someone asks you what are you doing and make sure you have makfe on your car or people might think you are up to no good.

9.Eating/Drinking: Get yourself some snacks (chip, biscuits, chocolate or if u don’t like eating much get yourself a drink). Then again if that doesn’t get your mood, get yourself a gum or a cigarette for a change.

10.Grooming: Make-up/nail painting or perhaps hair styling ETC, you must be wondering what is grooming issues doing in a topic like traffic, well when put spend most of your time in your car, your car become your dressing table as well, a nail color change or editing your lip color, or perhaps trying out a different hair style wont be such A bad idea at all therefore, either simply carry your make-up kit with you and that might just do the trick. That was for girls only, for guys i think a gel and a comb will do.

11.TV watching: Get a small TV fixed in your car see your favorite sport channel or drama as you go along.

12.Last, but not the least if u cant tolerate the traffic anymore, don’t bother forcing yourself, simply park your car in the near by parking lots and go to. e.i near by shopping mall, chill out have an ice cream or so or (if there is no parking available) or you are on a high way, stop your car on the near by bus stop or across the yellow line, on your hazard, and just relax until you find your energy back to carry on.

*** *** ** **

PS: Make sure you maintain distance between your car and the one in front of you, keep an eye on what is going around you, as you certainly don’t want any hands running towards your neck.

 Comments

dieting anyone??

Blood type diet
________________________________________

Unlike other diet plans that are based on a specific prototype of low-fat, low-carb, etc., this diet is predicated on the exact relationship between an individual and a particular food. Say you're blood type B. Turkey is acceptable but chicken is an avoid food because of the lectin in the organ and muscle meat. While most people would lump the two birds into the same flock of foods, there is a vast difference on how they affect certain blood types.

Here's a simple starter kit to help you gauge whether or not you're eating right for your blood type.

Type O
Foods that encourage weight gain: wheat gluten, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, lentils, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and mustard greens.

Foods that encourage weight loss: kelp, seafood, iodized salt, liver, red meat, kale, spinach, broccoli.

Tips for Type O: Emphasize animal proteins; focus on anger management; engage in aerobic exercise to reduce stress; use disciplines outlined in the book to help control Type O impulsive behavior; as you age, vigorous exercise is crucial.

Type A:
Foods that encourage weight gain: meat, dairy foods, kidney beans, lima beans, wheat.

Foods that encourage weight loss: vegetable oils, soy foods, vegetables, pineapple.

Tips for Type A: Emphasize vegetables; concentrate on stress management engage in yoga or gentle exercise to reduce stress; take naps or frequent breaks to stay focused; as you age, a regular sleep cycle is crucial to keep your health in balance.

Type B
Foods that encourage weight gain: corn, lentils, peanuts, sesame seeds, buckwheat, wheat.

Foods that encourage weight loss: green vegetables, meat, liver, eggs/low-fat dairy products, licorice tea.

Tips for Type B: Vary your diet; focus on creative outlets; engage in walking and meditation to reduce stress; use disciplines outlined in the book to avoid emotional overreaction; as you age, mental activities are crucial to retaining memory.

Type AB
Foods that encourage weight gain: red meat, kidney beans, lima beans, seeds, corn, buckwheat, wheat.

Foods that encourage weight loss: tofu, seafood, dairy, green vegetables, kelp, pineapple.

Tips for Type AB: Eat smaller, more frequent meals; focus on cultivating your natural spiritual tendencies; break up your day with physical activity to feel more energized; use disciplines outlined in the book to avoid feelings of isolation; be aware of your environment as you age, to avoid susceptibility to bacterial infections.

Anyone has tried this??? Tell us about it...

EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish -- fish oil helps prevent headaches.
So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.

HAVE FEVER? EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.
Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.

TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!
Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading....Green tea is great for our immune system)!

INSOMNIA (CAN'T SLEEP?) HONEY!
Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.

ASTHMA? EAT ONIONS!!!!
Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. (when I was young, my mother would make onion packs to place on our chest, helped the respiratory ailments and actually made us breathe better).

Just about few months ago my friends used to call me the lucky one because I was always on time, looking precisely perfect whereas they used to look exhausted always in a bad mood, That’s how I turned out to be the shining star all thanks to the traffic free road of Qusais ALTHOUGHThing have changed now especially after the government decided to divert the traffic towards Qusais, but Im cool a little bit of traffic wont hurt me,Today once again I finished my breakfast, got myself groomed, read the newspaper about some country getting blown out, interesting I said, I folded the paper nicely kept it aside and look up AAAAAAAAWWWW……………..

This time it was MY HEAD which was getting blown up, I was sitting in my car right at the middle of the traffic jam for about 15 minutes or so and my car hasn’t moved an inch I looked around and figured out, I want the only one with red horns on my head and black smoke running out of my ears. The only thing pleasant at that time I found were the birds, feeding themselves and their lil’ ones flying around walking on the grass ohhh at that movement I just hoped I was a bird too.Anyhow, I reached collage at last after two and a half hours of “sorry, thank you, I just wish I could kill you can’t you see Im getting late”.Before getting out of the car , I somehow got myself to relax, drank some water which was in the dashboard of my car although it was really hot it did the trick and then I closed my eyes for a while………………………….

After a few minutes I was back in the track, I picked up my purse and was ready to leave my car to join my classmates, when I decided to have a last minute glimpse in the mirror and AAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW…………………

 Comments

12 tips to people CRAWLING in Dubai (traffic)

Dubai’s TRAFFIC is as famous as TAJ MAHEL in India, The only difference between these two is TAJ MEHAL is mind blowing where as
DUBAI’S TRAFFIC is blowing mind, therefore I proudly present to you “10 tips to make your journey not only bearable but also entertaining”.

1.Car Dating: this is something I do much often call your boyfriend or girlfriend and spend hours talking to them on phone, major topic “you me and the TRAFFIC”.

2.Thinking: think about a very strong feeling or perhaps a memory or a person to whom you are really attached to. Ex. ones I was stuck up in traffic with my boyfriend, seeing me so exhausted, he closed the radio and seriously started singing an ad song which went something like this,
“doodh si safedi nirma se aaye, rangeen kapde bhi khil khil jaye, sabki pasand nirma Washing powder nirma,Washing powder nirma. Nirma”
(whiteness as milk brought to you by nirma, even the colored clothes will shine, every bodies choice nirma, washing power nirma, nirma.), well whenever I think about it brings a smile on my face, it brightens me up, therefore it works for me, let me know if it does for you too.

3.Planning: plan about something which really gets your mind. Ex. how are you going to surprise your guy on his birthday, or where are you going to spend your salary…….

4.Psycho therapy: keep on telling yourself just half an hour more just half an hour more, even though you are aware of the fact that it will take two hours or so. Keep on repeating in your head just a few kms more, just A few kms more. It will help you maintain your patience level.

5.2ND BEST FRIEND: carry with you a game boy or those car video games and have fun, on the other hand if you are not the game boy kind a person you can always take vegetables with you to cut at least that what my mummy does.

6.Observation: this is my favorite, just look around, see what other people are doing, (I guarantee you will enjoy this), ex. Yesterday when I was in my car in the same situation (traffic jam) I was going to karama from qusais, I saw this guy in his car he was making different weird funny face looking at the mirror, now that’s the sprit I said .

7.Singing\listening: this is something most of us will be good at, listen to music on radio or CDs and sing along, get yourself involved in the song; it might just do the trick.

8.Dancing: once you get into the music you will by your own start dancing, it always happens with me.

9.Eating/drink: get yourself some snacks (chip, biscuits, chocolate or if u don’t like eating much get yourself a drink). Then again if that doesn’t get your mood, get yourself a gum or a cigarette wont harm.

10.Grooming make-up/nail painting or perhaps hair styling: well, you can change the color of your nail paint or your lip color, a different hair style wont be such A bad idea either simply carry your make-up kit with you and that might just do the trick. That was for girls for guys a gel and a comb will do I guess.

11.TV watching: get a small TV in your car: get a TV attach to your car see your favorite sport channel or drama as you go along.

12.Last, but not the least if u cant tolerate the traffic anymore, don’t bother forcing yourself, simply park your car in the near by parking lots and go to. Ex. near by shopping mall, chill out have an ice cream or so or (if their is no parking available) or you are on a high way, stop your car on the near by bus stop or across the yellow line, on your hazard, and just relax until you find your energy back to carry on.

*** *** ** **

leave a comment if u liked it

Woman 1: Oh! You got a haircut! That's so cute!

Woman 2: Do you think so? I wasn't sure when she gave me the mirror. I mean, you don't think it's too fluffy looking?

Woman 1: No, it's perfect. I'd love to get my hair cut like that, but I think my face is too wide. I'm pretty much stuck with this stuff I think.

Woman 2: Are you serious? I think your face is adorable. And you could easily get one of those layer cuts - that would look so cute I think. I was actually going to do that except that I was afraid it would accent my long neck.

Woman 1: Oh - that's funny! I would love to have your neck! Anything to take attention away from these football player shoulders of mine.

Woman 2: Are you kidding? I know girls that would love to have your shoulders. Everything drapes so well on you. I mean, look at my arms, see how short they are? If I had your shoulders I could get clothes to fit me so much easier.

...

1. Don't overdo cosmeceuticals. With more and more beauty potions containing alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), salicylic acids, antioxidants, and retinoids, mixing a cleanser from one line with a scrub or daytime moisturizer from another, then a night cream from yet another, can lead to over-exfoliation and irritation, says Deborah S. Sarnoff, M.D., associate clinical professor of dermatology at the New York University School of Medicine, in New York City. This can add up to a real problem, especially for women with olive and darker complexions, who are more prone to discoloration when their skin is irritated. To play it really safe, stick with one line of products which are formulated to work together. If you use any prescription products, such as Renova, ask your dermatologist to advise you on how to combine prescription treatments with over-the-counter cosmeceutical products.

2. Shake your booty. Twenty to 30 minutes of any aerobic exercise will give you a glow. Exercise increases blood flow, which brings more nutrients to the skin, says Sarnoff. But beware -- the buildup of oil and perspiration can result in sweatband acne, folliculitis, and prickly heat. The solution: Shower as soon as possible after working out.

3. Don't get intimate with the phone. Constant rubbing on the mouthpiece may lead to rashes around the chin and mouth, says Alexa Boer Kimball, M.D., M.P.H., assistant professor of dermatology at Stanford University Medical Center, in Palo Alto. Hold the phone away from those areas when talking, and clean it often with a mild soapy solution or rubbing alcohol.

4. Check your birthday suit for spots. Any sudden or suspicious-looking bump, mole, or other growth is reason to see a dermatologist. But as skin-cancer rates rise, having a full body check by a professional is crucial -- especially for those of us in the baby-oil-and-iodine, pre-sunscreen generation.

5. Eat healthy. Antioxidants (vitamins A, C, and E) -- which help reduce sun damage and fight certain cancers, including skin cancer -- are essential to your health, says Wilma F. Bergfeld, M.D., director of clinical research, department of dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic. She recommends a well-balanced diet filled with at least five servings a day of fruits and vegetables, plus a multivitamin that meets RDA standards.

6. Don't wear your makeup to bed. We all know it, but we sometimes do it anyway. "Layers of foundation, powder, and blusher left on overnight can clog pores and lead to acne or folliculitis," warns Sarnoff. Take it all off before bed with a mild non-soap cleanser. But don't waste your money on a cleanser with glycolic acid or AHAs: "It's not on your face long enough to absorb into the skin," says Sarnoff. "These ingredients are more effective in your moisturizer."

7. Hands off those zits. Poking, prodding, and popping can prolong a pimple's life and make the problem worse. Scarring and the spread of infection are two possible consequences. To speed up healing, cleanse your face, then apply a warm compress, such as a clean, damp washcloth. Next, dab on an over-the-counter cream or lotion containing a drying agent, such as salicylic acid, sulfur, or benzoyl peroxide.

8. Get your shut-eye. Most of us don't get the eight to nine hours we need to avoid sleep deprivation. There haven't been any conclusive studies on how being tired affects skin, says Alexa Boyer Kimball, but the effects aren't hard to detect -- namely, under-eye circles. The solution: Budget in sleep time, including a short afternoon nap whenever you can manage it.

9. Adopt "water, water, every day" as your mantra. Yes, drinking water does keep you hydrated, which helps skin look and feel better," says Bergfeld. Get in the standard 6 to 8 eight-ounce glasses throughout the day -- more if you're a heavy exerciser. Bergfeld also warns that many of the new sugar substitutes are dehydrating, so drink more water if you're into low-cal liquids

 Comments

THE GIANT EATING FLOWER

Don’t you sometimes wonder why there is a rapid increase in the ratio of people being overweighed especially in arab nations I mean im born & brought up in dubai & I would say you will find 7 out of 10 people chubby here. I thought to get to the bottom of it one day & was shocked by certain facts I discovered right under my nose.

To start with let me begin with the younger population of UAE , these days during school hours especially, kids are eating unhealthier than they have ever before.

In my opinion with schools being a good influence on children they should also teach them good eating habits. But no, Vending machines in many schools are provided, I think personally they are the worst for a growing young children/adult bodies. Without the proper nutrition it will affect them in many ways. It will soon lead to obesity if they continue with the process for a while, and it can cause many health problems & by not teaching kids these responsibilities sooner they will have to suffer the consequences in life imagine.

When I raised ma voice out in my school times a teacher shoot out a question at me saying “why do we teach you the food pyramid for then”. I agree that a pyramid is taught in thousands of schools around the world and focuses on the five main food groups: like dairy, which includes milk and cheese; meat, which includes poultry, beef and fish; vegetables; fruits and grains, which includes bread, cereal and pasta. At the top of the pyramid are fats, oils and sweets, and when we were taught we were always told not to consume too much of them. How can one teach that but yet promote the selling of junk food while in school hours. Since young people spend a large part of their waking hours in school, we shouldn’t promote these kinds of foods because by doing so we are indirectly encouraging them to step in the torment of food don’t u think so?

Concerned:0

Anyhow this torment further on turns out to be like quicksand which slowly drowns the life of the poor youngsters, i.e. he grows up with an unattractive, overweight body which not only leads into many physical diseases but also metal ones this can be caused due to many reason but the major ones are “being unnoticed”,” made fun off” etc. further more this will not only have a bad effect in their studies, appearance, confidence, their future but this will also have a bad impact on their surrounding (being careless while driving come to think of it may be this might be the reasons of the increasing number of accidents in Dubai , taking part in crimes due to jealousy, having a dreadful effect on lives of others, etc.)

Personally, I believe people get more attracted to what they see more then what they hear so if we try & put our voices into action we might be able to make a difference not only in the lives of these children but also in those of the upcoming generations (their future) after all it’s a well know saying “if you make the roots of a plant strong it is always likely to grow up into a sturdy tree.” Therefore I say nip it in the bud before the cute lil bud grows up into an giant eating flower & make a difference.

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing
malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air
decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain
efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the
death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping

Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and
decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of
the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may
cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.
------------ --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- -------

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring , and artificial
sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use
when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not
consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished
in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt
a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time
condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary
chemicals according to "schedule."

Because :

Evening at 9 - 11 PM : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals
(detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should
be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in
an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their
homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1 am : is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should
be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3 am : detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep
sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5 am :
detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be
a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process
had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am :
detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9 am : absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am , for those who are
sick. Breakfast before 7:30 am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those
who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to
eat breakfast late until 9 - 10 am rather than no meal at all.

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow
produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

DO TAKE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH...... .........

When the girl's father came to know
about their love, he did not like it at
all, and so began to protest about it.

Now it happened that the two lovers
decided to leave their homes for a happy
future.

The girl's father started searching for
the two lovers but could not find
them .

At last, he accepted their love and
asked them to come back home thru a

local newspaper. Her father said "If
you both come back I will allow you to marry the
guy you love, I accept that you loved
each other truly."

So in this way, their love won and they
returned home.

The couple next day went to town to shop
for the wedding dress. He was dressed
in a white shirt that day. While he was
crossing the road to the other side to
get some drinks for his wife, a car
came and hit him and he died on the spot.

The girl was devastated and lost her
senses. It was only after sometime that
she recovered from her shock.

The funeral and cremation was the very
next day because he had died horribly.

Two nights later, the girl's mother had
a dream in which she saw an old lady.
The old lady asked her mother to wash the blood
stains of the guy from her daughter's
dress as soon as possible. But her
mother ignored the dream.

The next night her father had the same
dream , he also ignored it. Then the
girl had the same dream the next night, she
woke up in fear and told her mother
about the dream. Her mother asked her
to wash the clothes with the blood
stains

immediately.

She washed the stains but some remained.
Next night she again had the same
dream. She again washed the stains but some
still remained. But again the next
night she had the same dream and this
time the old lady gave her a last
warning to wash the blood stain, or
else something terrible would happen.

This time the girl tried her best to
wash the stains, and the clothes
nearly tore, but some stains still remained.

She was very tired.

In the late evening the same day while
she was alone at home, someone knocked
on the door. When she opened the door
she saw the same old lady of her dream
standing at her door. She got very
scared and fainted.

The old lady woke her up... and gave her
a blue object, which shocked the girl.

She asked "What is this...?" The old
lady replied...

..

So, you think you lead a healthy lifestyle, eat the right stuff, exercise adequately and look after your skin. Stop and take a closer look. Are you doing things that could inadvertently damage your skin? These silent killers may be the reason your appearance is lacklustre despite your best efforts.

1. Not drinking enough water

This is perhaps the most repeated advice and the least followed. Your body needs at least two litres a day to remove toxins from your system, partly through your kidneys and partly through your skin. Lacking this, toxin build-up will affect your skin as well as your general health, making you tired and dull. Keep that bottle on your desk, and drink!

2. Picking your pimples

We do it unconsciously, when nervous, or just as a habit. Pimples don't harm your face permanently. What leaves untreatable scars is your picking, pinching and playing with them -- scars so deep that even dermatologist cannot get rid of them 100 per cent. Prevention is the best cure, so stop touching your face and start proper anti-acne treatment.

3. Shaving the wrong way

And it isn't just men I'm talking to. Women who use razors for body hair also beware -- shaving against the direction of hair growth (ie from below upwards) causes ingrown hair, damaged follicles and introduces infections into your hair roots that can cause painful recurrent boils. Shave only in the direction of hair growth -- this will prevent damage to your skin.

4. Not using sunscreen on a hill station

You've gone for a high altitude vacation and the cold weather makes you believe you don't need sun protection -- wrong! At higher altitudes, there are lesser layers of atmosphere between you and the sun to filter UV rays, so your ultra-violet exposure increases. You need your sunscreen all the more!

5. Taking hormone supplements for body building

It isn't just the men, even women who want a 'toned' look quickly take DHEA (DeHydroEpiAndroste rone) supplements. These are known to cause acne even in normal skin, and flare up existing acne. Protein supplements are fine though, and actually help your skin.

6. Not reapplying moisture / sunscreen

Are you the jet setting type who slaps on lotion in the morning and then spends the next two hours at work without a further thought about your skin? Air conditioned offices sap moisture from your skin in a couple of hours. Also, no sunscreen retains its effect beyond two hours. Apply frequently -- at least during your lunch break, after a quick face wash.

7. Waxing your upper lip / facial hair

A total nightmare for your delicate facial skin -- the trauma causes tiny microscopic bleeding into your hair follicles that, over time, heal with scarring and end up causing roughness and pigmentation that is extremely hard to treat.

8. Going on a 'proteins only' diet

Fad diets deprive your skin (and body) of essential nutrients. You need vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and various micronutrients that a single food diet cannot give you. Talk to a professional dietician before embarking on drastic diet plans and get them to prescribe the appropriate nutritional supplements.

9. Late night partying

Your body sleeps at night, but your skin doesn't -- most of its repair and renewal work is done while you're in bed. Depriving it of the nightly eight hours of rejuvenation will obviously leave it looking dull and tired. Good sleep is a must for good skin!

10. Stressing out

Stress shows up after years on your heart and blood pressure, but almost immediately on your skin. So listen to your skin when it is trying to tell you something -- patchy complexion, blemishes, dullness, itchy redness, rashes appearing at periods of high stress, acne flare-ups -- all point to unwarranted high stress levels. Try yoga, meditation, exercise, or whatever your best stress buster is.

Walk with me,
the path of life,
to explore every bend of the road
Enjoy with me the beauty of life,
along its wonderful way
Find comfort with me,
in each other's arms,
when grief crosses our path
Find strength with me, in each other's strength,
when despair lies in waitLaugh with me,
a single true laugh,
to enlighten another's distress
Cry with me,
a single true tear,
to understand true happiness
Cherish with me,
the wonders of life,
as they need to be preserved
Rejoice with me,
in the mysteries,of what is yet to be
Find peace with me, in each other's souls,
when the world has gone insane
Find love with me,
in each other's hearts,
until this life has been fulfilled
And when the path comes to an end
I hope we can say from within
We've known the beauty of true love,
our love came from within

Saying Goodbye

So soft the brief touch of your lips on my cheek
.Was I almost intruding?"
Look after yourself "should have been"I love you!"
Then the Jumbo flew over
my headand I shouted
my loveabove the roarand thundering thrust.
. . as if you'd hear.
Through the clouds in my eyes I
watched you fly awayand wished
I'd been born with wings

hand in hand

Laying underneath the stars,On a warm silent night,
Your arms are wrapped around me,And everything feels right.
You kiss me sweet and softly,I feel your warm gentle touch,
You help me feel protected,Under the sweet, night-sky rush
My world before me is perfect. There's nowhere else I want to be,
Except laying underneath the starsHand in hand, you and me.
Just when everything is perfect,And you seem so delicately sweet,
A rush of wind comes past me,As I'm swept beneath my feet
Nothing could be more right,There's nowhere else I want to be
.Let's take a walk, my only love,Hand in hand, you and me

your love makes me fly

Your love is a lantern
That lights my way,
Uplifting my spirits,
When skies are gray.
Your love is a wave
That lifts me higher,
Into a seaOf tender desire.
Your love is a flame,
That can never die,
For always and ever,
It will be just you and I.
Your love is a rose,
Moistened with dew,
Touching my soul,
With the beauty of you.

my heart is an ocean

filled with secrets
not beyond your reach
your eyes have all the keys
to unlock the door of my heart which lies deep beneath

but you seems to be unware of the power of love
which we usually share in this yellow blue mug
you dont understand what your eyes are capable of
they steal all my secret away which just a lil dry glimpse of your.
